Had a custom vanity fabricated for my master bathroom. They came to take measurements, dropped off a sample of the proposed wood finish prior to starting work, and worked collaboratively to accommodate adjustments throughout the design process, keeping me informed at each stage. Always punctual on all appointments and installation was done efficiently and the team cleaned up after themselves nicely afterwards. The end product looks great and I am very happy with the overall experience.
Lack of professionalism, since after taking the measurements this company did not bother to either provide a quotation or answer multiple inquiry/follow-up messages further to their visit. In a nutshell, complete waste of time and a day off spoilt, although the appointment was taken under their conditions. Look elsewhere! Basically, when feedback is shared publicly, you can all of sudden find time to answer? Interesting ... Wrong start and right conclusion to this business deal premises! I am glad this did not happen! Good luck!
